The yet-unannounced addition in Samsung’s flagship smartphone series- Samsung Galaxy Alpha is hot topic on the internet. Freshly leaked information has suggested Galaxy Alpha release date and tech specs.

According to the leak, Samsung Galaxy Alpha is going to be released on 13th August, in the middle of this week. If this information is to be believed, it is clear that Samsung is playing tough on Apple by releasing Galaxy Alpha just ahead of Apple’s next iPhone release. And looking at the leaked tech specs, it is clear that Samsung has plans to fight hard with Apple by powering Galaxy Alpha with some promising tech specs.

The leaked tech specs suggest that Galaxy Alpha will feature a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with resolution of 1080×720. The octa-core Exynos chip is at the heart of Galaxy Alpha with four cores running at 1.8 GHz and the rest of four cores running at 1.3 GHz. Talking about storage, Samsung Galaxy Alpha will have 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of permanent memory. The 12-megapixel camera is in the rear to make sure of better photography and the 2.1-megapixel front camera will add pleasure to video calls and selfies.To make sure each of these hardware is powered enough, Galaxy Alpha is going to bear a 1860 mAh battery. It is also believed that Samsung Galaxy Alpha is not going to be “just a pretty, plastic-made phone”. Galaxy Alpha is rumored to bear metal surface and tough body.
