After a few hours, the account posted another picture to shed some more light on the feature and many users guessed it correctly already: Yoga on Xbox One. Yes, Microsoft has announced the availability of Yoga on Xbox One via YO:30 program on Xbox Fitness. YO:30 program features yogi Jake Ferree.
We’re excited to announce the addition of a brand new, exclusive yoga program to Xbox Fitness on Xbox One.
YO:30 for Xbox Fitness features yogi Jake Ferree and is designed to help users get the most from their yoga practice. The yoga program consists of five workouts: Basics, Balance, Core, Flow, and Strength. With all levels of yogis in mind, YO:30 program focuses on finding balance, flexibility, strength, and self-awareness in 30 minutes. YO:30 program is built upon the basics of yoga to find ‘inner peace and strength.’
While creating these yoga flows, instructor Jake Ferree reminded us that yoga is called a “practice” for a reason.
