Samsung Unveils Galaxy TabPro S 2-in-1 Running Windows 10

[mks_dropcap style=”square” size=”52″ bg_color=”#ff3b3e” txt_color=”#ffffff”]S[/mks_dropcap]amsung has kicked off CES 2016 by introducing Galaxy TabPro S, a new 2-in-1 device running Windows 10. Galaxy TabPro S tablet combines features of both laptop and tablet and gives users access to full notebook PC functionality. The 12-inch Galaxy TabPro S 2-in-1 tablet is merely 6.3mm thin and weighs 693 grams.

Galaxy TabPro S boasts Super AMOLED screen and is designed to offer the best mobility. It comes with a full size keyboard at purchase which provides optimal dual-angle viewing with flexibility. The detachable keyboard uses Pogo pin to connect with Galaxy TabPro S and does not need to be charged separately.

Samsung promises that the touchpad on its keyboard will provide PC-like easy control, even in Stand Mode.

With Galaxy TabPro S, Samsung aims to deliver maximized  performance and power efficiency. It features a lightweight and power-efficient multi-touch AMOLED display that provides best-in-class viewing experience. Galaxy TabPro S is equipped with 6th generation Dual Core 2.2GHz Intel Core M processor and 4GB RAM along with a 128GB/256GB SSD.

Galaxy TabPro S features enhanced Fast Charging which can fully charge the battery in just 2.5 hours. A fully-charged 5,200mAh battery can run for up to 10 hours during all day use.

Galaxy TabPro S 2-in1 is the first Windows-powered tablet to support LTE Cat 6 and provides fastest and most advanced connected experience.

To offer enhanced productivity, a multi-port adapter (HDMI, USB Type A & C) and Bluetooth Pen are available which can be purchased separately.

Samsung has not announced the price of Galaxy TabPro S. It will be available globally from next month in February for purchase.
