Pangu Team unexpectedly released an iOS 9.1 jailbreak last Friday. While this jailbreak didn’t bring much relief to most users as those who are not on iOS 9.1 can’t upgrade or downgrade to iOS 9.1. Those who were lucky enough to be on iOS 9.1 were able to jailbreak using Pangu’s new jailbreak.
Many users complained about several issues with the initial iOS 9.1 jailbreak version. Device failing to jailbreak and reboot issues were reported widely by users. Now Pangu Team has released an update to their jailbreak tool which promises to bring stability improvements.
With today’s update, Pangu iOS 9.1 jailbreak reaches version 1.3.1 on Windows and version 1.1.1 on Mac. The official changelog of both version reads- Make untether of iOS 9.1 more stable.
iOS 9.1 jailbreak update has been released as a standalone version as well as Cydia package. If you haven’t jailbreak your device yet, you can download latest version for Windows or Mac OS and start from scratch.
If your device is already jailbroken, you can update Pangu 9.0.x Untether package directly from Cydia.
