Google Star Wars Makeover: Which Side Will You Choose?

Without dragging this too much, let me tell you real quickly what Google Star Wars Makeover is all about. Google has gave its major services a makeover. After you choose your side, your Google experience will change dramatically.

The Google Chrome extension installed after your decision will amuse you with Star Wars photos everytime you open a new tab. The progress bar displayed when opening Gmail, YouTube and other services will be changed to lightsabers. Head over to Google Maps and the map pegman gets changed to First Order Stormtrooper or Resistance Pilot. That’s not it, the Stormtrooper or Resistance Pilot, depending upon your choice of side, will jump into either an TIE fighter or an X-wing to guide you to your destination.

Your Google Calender will also be filled with key Star Wars events. Own an Android Wear watch? It will gain a Star Wars watchface. Google Waze users will get C-3PO as their voice guiding companion. Everything about this is just so cool, isn’t it? Well of course it is!
