Upgrade MCSA Server Certification to Server 2012 By Passing Just One Exam

As Windows Server 2003 Server support is coming to end soon in July, Microsoft is offering chance to upgrade older MCSA Windows Server certifications to MCSA Windows Server 2012 by taking just one exam. If you are certified in older Windows Server MCSA i.e. Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008, you can upgrade your Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification to Windows Server 2012 MCSA by passing just one exam.

By passing exam 70-417 : Upgrading Your Skills to MCSA Windows Server 2012, you can upgrade your older MCSA Windows Server certifications to MCSA Server 2012. If you are not certified in older versions of Windows Server, you will have to pass three exams i.e. 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 , 70-411: Administering Windows Server 2012  and 70-412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services to earn your MCSA certification in Server 2012.

I will not forget to mention here that Microsoft is offering a free second shot for those who give their MCP exams between 15th January and 31st May. During this period, if you appear for any MCP exam and fail, you can register for the same exam for free. So you will not have to worry about spending the exam fee again if you fail by chance.

It is a good opportunity for those who are planning to upgrade their skills and certification to Windows Server 2012. You have to pass only one exam, and you have a free second shot too.

Recently Microsoft announced offer for upgrading Windows 8.1 MCSA certification to Windows 10 free of cost if you earn your MCSA Windows 8.1 certification before 31st May.
