Microsoft has released a new cumulative update for Windows 10. Cumulative update KB3135173 introduces a number of bug fixes and security improvements. The latest cumulative update brings Windows 10 build to 10586.104. Today’s update is primarily aimed towards fixing vulnerabilities and does not bring any new feature.
As usual, the Windows 10 cumulative update 10586.104 should be downloaded automatically on your device. You can also force an update by going to Settings > Update and security > Check for Updates. The updated is listed as Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3135173) in 32 bit systems or Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3135173) on 64 bit systems.
Note: For Windows 10 Professional, Enterprise, and Education users who have chose to defer upgrades on initial Windows 10 release (build 240) today’s update will be listed as KB3135174 and will bring the build to 10240.16683.
As this update is aimed towards improving security, it is recommended to force an update and install it as early as possible.
The update is bigger than usual in size. The package size for x86 version is 270 MB and for x64 version the size is 489 MB. However this being a cumulative update, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed if you have installed previous updates. If you are installing a Windows 10 update package for the first time, the update needs to be downloaded at full size.
Microsoft recently pushed cumulative update 10586.79 but was pulled soon due to unconfirmed reasons. Previous Windows 10 update KB3124262 (build 10586.71) was released on January 27th.

Fixed additional issues with the Windows UX, Windows 10 Mobile, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, and taskbar.
Fixed additional security issues with .NET Framework, Windows Journal, Active Directory Federation Services, NPS Radius Server, kernel-mode drivers, and WebDAV.
